In Brunei, to get your driver’s licence, you must take a theory test which assesses your knowledge of the Brunei Highway Code (there are exemptions for some people, such as diplomats etc).
There are two main routes to getting your driver’s licence:
1) Endorsement – this is if you already hold a driving licence issued by an approved country, such as from the United Kingdom, USA, Australia, Singapore etc. If you are endorsing your driving licence in Brunei, when you take the theory part of your driving test, you will be given 30 questions and you need to get a minimum of 27 out of 30 correct to pass the test. You have 1 hour to complete the test.
2) Full Test – this is if you do not currently hold a driving licence issued by an approved country. If you are applying for a Full Test in Brunei, when you take the theory part of your driving test, you will be given 60 questions and you need to get a minimum of 55 out of 60 correct to pass the test. You have 1 hour to complete the test.
We have uploaded the entire bank of 180 questions from the Brunei Highway Code book into this system, which has two functions; 1) the practice test system which will pull a random pool questions (with shuffled answers) for you each time you start a new test, and 2) an online revision system which will help you learn the knowledge and tick off questions that you have already memorised.
